HOW TO APPLY DRY RUB
Dry Rub is used as a flavor enhancer for meats and vegetables. Depending on its use, dry rub can be applied in a variety of ways.
As a substitute to season-salt, dry rub can be sprinkled on meats and vegetables via the shaker top. Because Rod’s Rub products are low in sodium, the products can be used generously without ruining the flavor of meats and vegetables.
When Using as a dry rub, use generous portions of the dry rub on meat by pouring the product on a piece of meat. Massage the dry rub in small circles into the meat, under the skin and in any cavities. Pour Rub on the meat. Apply a thin layer of olive oil over the meat. Remove the shaker top to pour a generous quantity of rub on the meat.
Rub the meat in circular motions to infuse the meat with the rub flavor. Rub under the skin and cavity.
